Carrington Place Apartments
December 07, 2020
On Monday around 0234 hours, officers with the Boerne Police Department were dispatched to the Carrington Place Apartments, located at 825 Johns Road, for report of a male subject with a knife that had broken into a female’s apartment and attempted to assault her. The victim fought the suspect off, and he fled the scene on foot. It is believed the suspect gained access into the apartment through the unlocked patio door. Detectives located surveillance video of the suspect running from the scene.
